This is the bread and butter that's made us famous...here at Joe's, we stop at nothing to bring you the highest quality screen printing available using our top of the line automatic presses. Our printing capabilities are endless with up to 8 color options using standard inks and the additional options of specialty inks such as waterbase, vintage soft, discharge, metallic, and neon.  We have provided professional screen printing services for organizations such as schools, booster clubs, fraternities, sororities, churches and non-profits.  We are located conveniently in Gainesville, GA and have served the North Georgia area for many years.

Standard Printing

Our standard printing is our bread & butter process.  With a full range of ink colors available and low minimums, this is the best choice process for most of our clients.

- 12 Piece minimum for 1-color print orders.
- 24 Piece minimum for multi-color orders
- 48 Piece minimum for jumbo print orders. (Only available for adult size shirts)
- Standard Screen Size = 13" wide x 17" tall.
- Jumbo Screen Size = 16" wide x 20" tall. (add $1.50 per shirt)
- Up to 8 colors per standard location.
- No charge for mixing apparel colors if ink stays the same color.
- Specialty locations available for certain products (contact for details)




Discharge & Specialty Printing

For those customers wanting soft, fashion feel, or vintage looks - Joe's Burnout & Joe's Vintage Soft printing is just what you need!  Using water-based inks, our specialty process produces super soft apparel prints that can be used over seems, collars, and other specialty locations.  After a couple of washes, you can barely even feel the print on the shirts.  This is the perfect process to achieve the vintage and modern fashion trends.

- Standard & Jumbo print size available for this process (add $1.50 per shirt for Jumbo)
- 24 piece minimum order for discharge orders
- Certain colors cannot be used for the process, contact us for details.
